The Pad Thai with Chicken is a dish from the Thai tradition. The recipe is very simple and quick to prepare. It is a pasta-based dish, made with rice noodles, slightly thicker than the classic oriental rice vermicelli. It is usually seasoned with shrimp, or meat, like in this case, chicken breast or in the vegetarian version with tofu. It includes bean sprouts, peanuts, coriander, lime, chili for a spicy touch, and soy sauce. Enjoy it both as a main course or as a first course.

Steps
To prepare Pad Thai with chicken…
In a pot, heat the water to cook the rice noodles. When it boils, pour them in and cook them for the minutes indicated on the package.
Meanwhile, in a pan, pour the sunflower oil, heat it, sauté the peeled and whole garlic clove, the scallion cleaned of roots and the damaged green part, and cut into rounds.
Then, when they are slightly golden, add the chicken breast cut into strips and brown it as well.
When the noodles are cooked, drain them and pour them into the pan with the chicken. Add the soy sauce, bean sprouts, dried or fresh chili, and the squeezed lime juice. Sauté them for a few minutes until they become dry.
Serve them hot, adding chopped peanuts and fresh coriander.
