Pistachio and Lemon Sea Bream Fillets

The pistachio and lemon sea bream fillets are a light and fragrant fish main course. Tasty sea bream fillets, in this case, I used fresh ones already cleaned, coated with pistachio flour and lemon zest, then baked. Serve with a side of boiled potatoes in a salad or with a fresh salad or the side of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz fresh sea bream fillets (already cleaned)
  • 1 lemon
  • to taste pistachio flour
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste fine salt
  • to taste white pepper

Preparation

To prepare the pistachio and lemon sea bream fillets…

  • Take the already cleaned sea bream fillets and remove any bones with tweezers and remaining scales by scraping the skin with the back of the knife. Rinse them under cold running water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  • Place the fillets in a lightly greased baking dish or lined with parchment paper with the skin side down.

  • Drizzle each fillet with a little extra virgin olive oil, cover them with pistachio flour, and season with fine salt, white pepper, and grated lemon zest.

  • Bake the sea bream fillets in a preheated oven at 392 degrees Fahrenheit and cook them in a ventilated mode for 10 minutes. Serve them hot.
