The pizza with 2 g of yeast is a delicious dough where you only need a few grams of brewer’s yeast to get a thick and soft pizza, without making it heavy. The quantity in my recipe is for one person, but you can increase the amounts based on your needs. The amount of yeast used will require longer rising time, up to 8 hours. My advice is to prepare it the night before if you want to enjoy it for lunch or the next morning for the evening meal.

Preparation
To prepare the pizza with 2 g of yeast…
First, dissolve the dry brewer’s yeast in a glass with lukewarm water, stirring well with a teaspoon.
In a bowl, put the flour and gradually pour the water with the dissolved yeast, stirring with a fork. Work the dough until the water is well absorbed.
Then add the extra virgin olive oil and finally the salt.
At this point, transfer the dough to a lightly floured board or table and continue to knead the dough until it is smooth and homogeneous, shaping it into the classic ball form.
Lightly grease the bowl, place the dough inside, and cover it with a damp dishcloth. Let the dough rise for 7 hours in a turned-off and closed oven.
When the dough has risen, remove it from the bowl, spread it inside the baking tray with your hands, and let it rise for another hour covered with a damp dishcloth. Then top it as you like.
For baking, place it in a preheated oven at 390 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the pizza for 10 minutes in fan mode.
