The puffs with beef tartare are an appetizer or aperitif, easy and tasty to enjoy on any occasion. For the recipe, I chose to make them quicker, using pre-ground beef, but if you prefer, you can use a whole piece (chuck beef) to mince with a knife and ready-made puffs (if you have time, you can make them at home). I then added the other ingredients of the tartare, except for the yolk, so shallot, capers, anchovies, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce. Delicious!!!

Steps
To prepare the puffs with beef tartare…
In a bowl, place the ground beef, mustard, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix and let it marinate.
Peel the shallot and finely chop it. Also chop the anchovy fillets in oil and the well-drained pickled capers. Then add these ingredients to the others and mix again.
Take the ready-made puffs, cut them in half, and fill them with the prepared tartare. Close them with the other half and secure with a toothpick. The puffs with beef tartare are ready.
