Variations
For the pumpkin, I used butternut, but any other type is fine. You can replace canned lentils with dried ones (30 g) to cook, in this case, the preparation times will be longer. If you don’t have a microwave and/or air fryer, you can use the conventional oven, and again the preparation times will be longer.
