Salva cremasco with tighe

To prepare the salva cremasco with tighe…

  • Take the D.O.P. salva cremasco cheese, remove the rind, and cut it into cubes of about 0.4 inches and place it in a bowl.

  • Now also chop the pickled sweet green Lombard chili peppers, removing the stem, and add them to the cheese.

  • Season the salva cremasco and sweet green Lombard chili peppers with extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of black pepper.

  • Mix with a spoon and serve the dish as a cold appetizer or at room temperature.
