In the food processor equipped with blades, put cold butter cut into cubes, the egg, and salt. Pulse the food processor to blend the butter with the egg.
Then add the all-purpose flour, chili powder, and black pepper and work the dough until it is compact, smooth, and homogeneous.
Transfer the shortcrust dough to the work surface, knead it to uniform it and shape it into a loaf. Wrap it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After the resting time of the shortcrust dough, on a lightly floured work surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/5 inch and use Halloween cookie cutters to make the cookies, 32 pieces.
Place the savory Halloween cookies on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle them with fine salt again and bake them in a preheated oven at 356°F and cook them in a ventilated mode for 10/15 minutes.
After the cooking time, remove them from the oven and let them cool before serving.
