The spicy Brussels sprouts are a very simple and delicious side dish to accompany various main courses, whether meat or fish. They are prepared in a few minutes, and you can use the spices you like best. I, for example, opted for curry and dried red chili pepper. They are also great for enriching main dishes like rice, perhaps basmati, white, and long-grained.

Steps
To prepare the spicy Brussels sprouts…
First, heat the water in a pot to cook the Brussels sprouts. Meanwhile, clean the sprouts.
Clean each Brussels sprout by cutting the white base and remove the first or yellow and damaged leaves.
Wash them under cold running water, and when the water in the pot boils, throw them in and cook over high heat for 15 minutes. Check the cooking by piercing them with a fork.
Once the sprouts are cooked, drain them well and cut them in half.
In a pan, pour the extra virgin olive oil, brown a whole peeled garlic clove, and once golden, remove it and add the sprouts.
Add curry, dried red chili pepper, and fine salt. Also, pour a few tablespoons of water to dilute the curry and color the sprouts.
Sauté the Brussels sprouts in the pan for a few minutes until they are dry and golden. Serve them hot as a side dish.
