The swordfish with orange and spices is an easy and very fragrant fish dish!!! It only takes a few minutes and a few ingredients to prepare, such as oranges, blood or blond, and spices, in this case in powder form like ginger, turmeric, curry, and chili pepper. Serve it with your favorite side dish, for example, I recommend spiced Brussels sprouts. Try other recipes with swordfish or orange.

Steps
To prepare the swordfish with orange and spices…
First, wash and cut the oranges in half, juice them with the citrus juicer, manual or electric, and strain the juice into a bowl with a strainer.
In the obtained orange juice, add spices to taste, such as curry, powdered ginger, chili powder, and powdered turmeric, then mix.
Now heat a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil and when it is hot, place the swordfish slices. Cook them over high heat for about 5 minutes, turning them with tongs or a spatula, being careful not to break the meat.
When the swordfish slices are golden, lower the heat and pour the prepared orange juice with spices and season with salt.
Using the strainer from before, now cleaned, sift a little flour into the pan to slightly thicken the juice. If too dry, add a little water.
When the juice has thickened, but not too much, remove the swordfish, place it on the plate, and pour the orange and spice juice over it, straining it with the strainer to avoid any lumps formed during cooking.
Serve the swordfish with orange and spices hot with a sprinkle of chopped parsley and with your favorite side dish.
