Tomato, Mozzarella, and Pesto Bruschetta

For an appetizer, starter, or tasty snack, let’s prepare the tomato, mozzarella, and pesto bruschetta, delicious and easy to make!!! For this recipe, I used bruschetta bread, soft to toast in a pan. For the topping, I used some tomato puree, mozzarella, and a few drops of Genoese pesto. If you have time, you can prepare fresh homemade pesto; otherwise, good quality ready-made pesto works well. It is then baked for a few minutes and ready to enjoy.
