Turkey Breast with Arugula, Cheese, and Cherry Tomatoes

The turkey breast with arugula, cheese, and cherry tomatoes is a light, tasty dish that can be prepared in just a few minutes!!! For this recipe, I used pre-sliced turkey breast, versatile and perfect for cold dishes, to which I added arugula, scamorza cheese, and cherry tomatoes. You can serve it as an appetizer, cold second course, or use it to fill flatbreads, sandwiches, or sandwiches!!! Also, try the straccetti with balsamic vinegar, arugula, and cherry tomatoes.
