The Valdostana coffee is a warm alcoholic beverage perfect for a break during the coldest moments. Typical of the Aosta Valley, it’s based on coffee, the regional genepì liqueur, spices like cloves and cinnamon, sugar, and orange and/or lemon zest. Enjoy it on its own or accompanied by some cookies. It can be served in the traditional “grolla”, also known as “friendship cup”, or in a large cup or mug.
