Air fryer Bell Pepper Cream

The Bell Pepper Cream is ideal for dressing pasta or spreading on crostini, and cooking the peppers in an air fryer saves a lot of time. You can also use grilled peppers left over from the day before or use peppers previously cooked in a skillet; the recipe remains the same.

Obviously, if you don’t have an air fryer, you can cook this dish in the oven; at the end of the recipe, you’ll find the cooking methods. If you are considering buying one, I recommend mine; you’ll find the link in the recommended tools!

This is a very simple recipe, made with very few ingredients but very tasty! As I mentioned, you can dress pasta with it or serve it as an appetizer as a dip with some bread crostini. I also use it in wraps, spreading a little and adding cheese and ham, it turns out delicious.
