Air Fryer Sausage and Stracchino Bruschetta

The Bruschetta with sausage and stracchino cooked in the air fryer (which you can also do in the oven) can be served as a second course or as an appetizer. It is a very tasty and delicious recipe that I recommend you try.

This is one of the “dinner-saving recipes” that I really like because they are simple and quick to prepare. I usually eat these bruschetta with a salad or a nice side of sautéed vegetables, but sometimes we indulge and serve them after a plate of pasta with tomato sauce… When I put the pasta water on to boil, I make the cream with sausage and stracchino (it takes less than 5 minutes!) and while the pasta is cooking, I put the bruschetta in the air fryer. This way I save time and dinner is ready in a flash.

Obviously, if you don’t have an air fryer, you can also cook these bruschetta in the oven, at the end of the recipe you will find the cooking methods.

If you are considering purchasing one, I recommend a fryer like mine, you’ll find the link in the recommended tools!

If you decide to serve this dish as a buffet appetizer or starter, I recommend cutting the bruschetta in half once cooked, for smaller portions suitable for the course.

This is a really simple but very tasty recipe that the whole family will enjoy. In the kitchen, let your creativity run wild because it’s essential and if you don’t have any ideas, follow me, I’ll give you the suggestions!
