Avocado and Spreadable Cheese Cream

The Avocado and Spreadable Cheese Cream is excellent for an appetizer, to eat on croutons, in flatbreads, or even paired with smoked salmon.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (large)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3.5 oz fresh spreadable cheese
  • 1 pinch salt

How to Prepare the Avocado and Spreadable Cheese Cream

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, and place the pulp in a bowl. Mash it with a fork and add the lemon juice and the spreadable cheese.

    Mix well, season with salt, and when everything is combined, pour the cream into the bowl in which you will serve it. Bring it to the table with toasted bread or croutons.
