Baked gratin broccoli is a classic winter side dish, very tasty and quick to prepare. They can be served with both meat and fish, and I often cook them because my son has loved them since he was little.
Unlike other children, he can’t wait to eat broccoli, and over the years, I’ve made them in many ways: meatballs, savory pies, with pasta, even in a flatbread with ham and cheese.
Easy to prepare and ready in no time, baked gratin broccoli are easy and quick to make. Perfect for this time of year because they are in season, you just need to divide them into florets, boil them for a few minutes, and season them in the baking dish. If you want to make this recipe with frozen broccoli, you can proceed in the same way.
