How to Prepare Banana and Walnut Cake in Air Fryer
First, peel the bananas (it’s better if they are very ripe) and mash them with a fork. Add the egg, milk, oil and mix well with the whisk, then add the sugar, flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Once a smooth batter is obtained, also add the walnuts broken with your hands and half of the chocolate chips. Mix and pour into a metal pan lined with parchment paper, or greased and floured.
Finish the cake with the remaining chocolate chips and bake in the air fryer for 27 minutes at 320°F. Check the baking with a toothpick and let the cake cool before removing it from the mold.
