Broccoli Au Gratin with Crescenza Cream

Broccoli au gratin with crescenza cream, a delicious recipe to prepare a simple dish typical of the winter season. Perfect as a side dish or even as a main course, these au gratin broccoli are easy to make and will win over everyone’s palate.

On the same wave as the cauliflower au gratin with stracchino that we liked so much, I thought of preparing this version with broccoli, since my son likes them more.

It is a simple recipe, suitable for my quick dinners. I cooked it in an air fryer to save time and energy, but it can also be gratinated in the oven. Of course, at the end of the recipe, you will find both cooking methods.
