How to Prepare Caprese with Melon and Prosciutto
Wash the melon, cut it in half, and remove the central part with seeds and fibers.
Cut it into not too thick slices, then remove the rind.
Cut the melon and mozzarella into cubes, roughly the same size.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on the serving plate, alternating with the cubes of melon and mozzarella. Finish with a dash of olive oil (you can also omit it if you prefer) and slices of prosciutto.
