Carnival Fritters – Easy Recipe

Carnival fritters – easy recipe, are fried sweets typical of this time of year that cannot be missing from our tables.

These fritters resemble the apple and raisin fritters I used to make as a child with my grandmother for the feast of Saint Anthony. Every family had their recipe, and in the evening we would gather around the bonfire to eat fritters. Everyone brought theirs to let others taste, and it was a festive evening.

It’s a very simple recipe that anyone can make, using baking powder for cakes. The process is quick: prepare a batter by putting all the ingredients in a bowl and mixing with a whisk, then fry.

These fritters are full inside. If you want them hollow to fill with cream, try the carnival fritters filled with Nutella or other carnival sweets recipes.
