Cheese gratinated broccoli, a great side dish, tasty and quick to prepare that you can cook either in the oven or in the air fryer (as I did). I now use it for many things since it consumes less than the oven. Have you already tried Eggplant Parmigiana in the air fryer? It’s delicious!
Easy to prepare and ready in a short time, cheese gratinated broccoli are ideal to accompany meat or fish. Perfect for this time of the year because they are in season, you just need to divide them into florets, boil them for a few minutes, and season them in the baking dish. If you want to make this recipe with frozen broccoli, you can proceed in the same way.
In this recipe, I use all parts of the broccoli, both the florets and the stem.
