Chicken and Zucchini Bites in the Pan is a simple and quick second course to prepare, with a secret ingredient that makes it really tasty: soy sauce! I often prepare chicken because it is a delicately flavored meat and cut into bites, it is particularly liked by my son Aaron.
This recipe is very easy and sometimes, to serve it in a different way, I put it in the center of a tortilla, roll it up, and we eat it like this, as a single dish!
Soy sauce gives a particular taste to chicken, if you don’t like it you can omit it, it will still be a great dish.
