Chocolate plumcake in air fryer, a delicious, quick, and very simple dessert to make. The batter for this plumcake is really easy to prepare: just mix everything together, and the cooking in the air fryer is very fast.
When baking with this tool, it’s better to use a metal pan, which is an excellent conductor of heat.
I prepared this plumcake to have something tasty for breakfast throughout the week. I sliced it, placed the slices in freezer bags, and stored them in the freezer. This way, every evening I take a slice out of the freezer and the next morning I can enjoy it as if it were freshly baked!

Preparation of the Chocolate Plumcake in Air Fryer
Put sugar, egg, milk, and sunflower oil in a bowl and mix with a whisk. Then add the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa, and baking powder. Mix well and pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan.
Add the chocolate chips and sugar pearls.
Bake in the air fryer at 320°F (160°C) for 25 minutes. Check using a toothpick: if it comes out dry, it’s ready, otherwise, cook for another 5 minutes.
Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the pan and slicing.
