The Feta and Spreadable Cheese Cream is very flavorful and perfect for an appetizer, served with croutons or slightly toasted bread. You can serve it as I did with sun-dried tomatoes that contrast its tangy taste, but it’s also great with olives.
This cream is very easy to make, you just need to mash the feta with a fork and mix in the cheese, do not add salt because it is already flavorful. Guacamole is also perfect for appetizers, I love it.
When friends come over for dinner, I often prepare spreadable creams: I make a couple of types and serve them with breadsticks or croutons, add something fresh to drink, and the evening starts cheerfully.

Steps: Feta and Spreadable Cheese Cream
Making this cream is really easy and fast. Start by putting the feta in a bowl and mash it with a fork, then add the cream cheese and mix.
At this point, you need to add the milk until you achieve a creamy consistency, you might need a bit more or less than the indicated amount because the cream cheese, depending on the brand you used, can be firmer.
Once the ideal consistency is reached, place the feta cream in the fridge until it’s time to use it. Serve with sun-dried tomatoes cut into strips and some bread croutons.
