Gratinated Vegetable Sticks

Gratinated vegetable sticks are an easy and delicious side dish, perfect for the whole family. They are made with fresh vegetables like zucchini, peppers, and carrots, cut into sticks, breaded with breadcrumbs and cheese, and baked in the oven. They are light and ideal to accompany any meat or fish dish.

If you’re looking for a tasty and colorful way to encourage kids (and not just them!) to eat vegetables, these sticks are the perfect solution. Easy to prepare and always well appreciated, they are a fun way to introduce more vegetables into your diet without sacrificing taste.

Perfect to eat hot or at room temperature, you can also serve them with a dipping sauce.
