Greek salad is a very fresh dish made with vegetables and feta cheese. Typical of Greece but popular worldwide, it’s very quick to prepare and very tasty. Feta is a rather salty sheep’s cheese that works perfectly in salads. My favorite is watermelon and feta salad.
A very simple and colorful dish, perfect for summer because it’s particularly refreshing with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and olives, plus the addition of the characteristic Greek cheese.
I didn’t add salt because the feta is very flavorful, but you can add it if you like.
