Honey Glazed Salmon is a delicious and easy-to-make fish main course, soft on the inside but golden on the outside. The honey glaze with soy sauce and lemon gives an extra touch to the dish and makes it special.
As a side dish, I decided to pair it with boiled potatoes which are a perfect match, but a simple salad also works well.
For this dish, you can use fresh salmon, as I did, or frozen. The recipe does not change, just remember to fully thaw it in the fridge before starting to cook.

How to prepare Honey Glazed Salmon
Check that the salmon fillets have no remaining scales or bones, and if necessary, remove them with tweezers.
Divide the fillet into 4 pieces, about 5 oz each, and brown them over medium heat in a pan with a little oil, with the flesh side down and the skin side up.
In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
After about 5 minutes of cooking, add the glaze, gently turning the fillets with a spatula to avoid breaking them, and cook for another 5 minutes on the skin side.
While the salmon fillets are cooking, cover them with the sauce from the bottom of the pan, using a spoon. Season with salt and serve the salmon fillets while still hot.
