Light Strawberry Ice Cream BIMBY

Light Strawberry Ice Cream BIMBY, a healthy, fresh, and delicious dessert, perfect for summer or a tasty snack: it is made with fresh strawberries, blended into a puree. The result is ice cream with a vibrant color and intense strawberry flavor. If you don’t have the Bimby, you can make this ice cream with a powerful blender.

Made with just 3 ingredients: frozen strawberries, a bit of milk, and sugar, this ice cream is without cream and condensed milk, so it is prepared very quickly. In just 5 minutes, you will have your ice cream ready to enjoy immediately.

For this ice cream, you simply need to cut the strawberries into cubes, put them in the freezer in a flat bag, so they don’t overlap too much, and let them freeze for at least a couple of hours. The milk, on the other hand, can be frozen in ice cube trays, but you can also use a little cold milk from the fridge.

I sweetened the ice cream with sugar to make it more delicious, but if you prefer, you can reduce it a bit or omit it.
