Mashed Potatoes with Kenwood Cooking Chef, a phenomenal recipe for a creamy and light mashed potatoes, even without butter!
This recipe is prepared in less than 10 minutes, just enough time to peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, the rest is done by my beloved Kenwood Cooking Chef xl.

Ever since I have it, I use it for a thousand preparations and I couldn’t do without it anymore, I find it super convenient and it works in the kitchen instead of me!

Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbs potatoes
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • to taste salt
  • to taste nutmeg

Preparation of Mashed Potatoes with Kenwood Cooking Chef

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1/2 to 3/4 inch cubes, weigh one kilo and put them in the bowl. At this point, add the milk, attach the heat shield, and the flexible spatula.

  • Attach the splash guard and set the temperature to 212°F and stirring speed 1 for 20 minutes.

    When the machine reaches the temperature, the countdown will start.

  • When the timer is up, add the water, salt, and nutmeg.

    Keep the temperature set at 212°F and stirring speed 1 for another 5 minutes, and the mashed potatoes will be ready.

Notes:

The smaller the potatoes are cut, the shorter the cooking time.
