Pandoro Flavor – Easy Recipe

The Pandoro Flavor is a very easy recipe you can use for both classic Pandoro and a Pandoro cake, which is much simpler to make.

This flavor for Pandoro is simply prepared by blending the ingredients together, which are common and easy to find. It keeps in the refrigerator for about a month, sealed in a glass jar, and you can use a tablespoon for half a kilogram of flour.

I already have plans to use it for cakes and a faux Pandoro that is very easy to make. I will experiment soon and publish the recipes.

How to Prepare Pandoro Flavor – Easy Recipe

  • Preparing this flavor is really simple: put the lemon zest, candied fruits, and water in a food processor and chop everything. If it sticks to the sides, push down with a spatula and blend again. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until you reach the desired consistency.

    Place the mixture in a glass jar, seal it, and store it in the fridge.
