Pasta Salad with Sausage and Cherry Tomatoes

The Pasta Salad with Sausage and Cherry Tomatoes is a cold main course, very tasty and easy to make, ideal for a lunch at work. A perfect summer dish that you can prepare in advance with few and simple ingredients. All you need are cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and pork sausage: choose the pasta shape you prefer, and voilà, a delicious dish is ready.

When I prepare cold pasta, I like to mix different shapes, using up leftover pasta at the bottom of the container: in this case, I used fusilli and mafalde, but you can use any short pasta you prefer.

On our table, there are often salads and cold dishes because lately, I don’t feel like spending too much time at the stove, but I see many others are in the same situation, so I find comfort in that!
