Pasta with Gorgonzola Fondue

Pasta with Gorgonzola fondue is a tasty first course that is quick to prepare, without cream, and very easy to make. The cheesy cream makes this dish very delicious and inviting.

I prepare it when I don’t have much time to dedicate to dinner and need something done in a flash. My son loves Gorgonzola, and sometimes I make this pasta for him when we come home late from training and I don’t have anything ready. He is always happy when he eats it.

  • 7 oz gorgonzola
  • 1/4 cup milk

Steps for Pasta with Gorgonzola Fondue

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and, when it boils, add the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the package.

    When there are a couple of minutes left, prepare the fondue: put the milk and Gorgonzola in a small saucepan and melt them over low heat.

    Drain the pasta and mix it with the Gorgonzola cream, divide it into plates, and serve immediately.
