- 11 oz tortiglioni
- 6.7 oz pistachio pesto
- 7 oz Bologna sausage
- salt
How to Prepare Pasta with Pistachio Pesto and Bologna
Cook the pasta in salted water for the time indicated on the package.
Meanwhile, cut the Bologna sausage into cubes and set aside.
In a bowl, thin the pistachio pesto with a couple of tablespoons of pasta cooking water and add the Bologna cubes.
When the tortiglioni are cooked, drain them and toss with the pesto, mix well, and serve immediately.
