Pudding with Panettone in Air Fryer

The Pudding with Panettone in Air Fryer is a recycling dessert you can make with leftover panettone, when it’s no longer as soft as freshly opened or when you want a quick dessert to prepare. You can enjoy it either shortly after baking (in this case the pudding will be creamy) or cold at room temperature.

This dessert doesn’t need to be baked but just to become crispy on the surface. The contrast between the soft texture of the first layer of panettone, the creaminess of the pudding, and the crispy note of panettone cubes will make it very pleasant to the palate.

A very simple recipe, with only 3 ingredients that you can cook either in the air fryer or in the oven, you’ll find the cooking methods at the end of the recipe.

If you are considering purchasing an air fryer, I recommend one like mine, you’ll find the links further down, in the recommended tools!

How to Prepare Pudding with Panettone in Air Fryer

  • First, prepare the pudding following the instructions on the package, I used 2 cups of milk because my pudding was already sweetened.

Cut slices of panettone to cover the bottom of the baking pan and dice the rest.

  • Pour about half of the freshly prepared pudding onto the base and level it. Add the panettone cubes to the other half (set aside about twenty to place on top) and mix well.

Pour the mixture into the pan and level it well.

  • Add the remaining panettone pieces and cook the dessert at 320°F for 7 minutes, so that the cubes on the surface become crispy. You can enjoy this dessert either warm or at room temperature.
