How to Prepare the Puff Pastry Salmon Croissants
Open the roll of puff pastry and cut it into four parts, then divide each quarter into three wedges, so you will get 12 triangles.
Make a small cut at the end of each wedge. (1)
Place a small piece of salmon and a teaspoon of cream cheese on each triangle. Don’t overfill, or the filling will come out while baking. (2-3)
Finally, add a pinch of chives. (3)
Roll the croissants by slightly pressing the tips, brush them with a little water, and then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a fan oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for about 25 minutes.
