How to Prepare Pumpkin with Feta and Olives in Air Fryer
First, cut the pumpkin into pieces, place it in a baking pan (I used parchment paper but it’s not necessary), and season it with salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary.
Add the olives, crumbled feta, and a drizzle of oil. Cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 356°F. Check the cooking, which may vary depending on the size of the pumpkin cubes, and serve while still hot.
