Roast Beef Arugula and Parmesan is a super quick and no-cook dish, ideal in summer when it’s very hot and you don’t want to turn on the stove.
It’s perfect as an appetizer or as a main course, paired with a side of grilled vegetables or boiled potatoes.
Roast beef is a beef dish similar to a roasted beef cooked in the oven but left very rare. You can make it at home or buy it ready-made, in this case, for convenience, I bought it.
This is not a real recipe, it’s more of an idea on how to serve roast beef or English-style beef in slices, and I haven’t given measurements because the seasoning is to taste.
In the kitchen, use your imagination because it’s essential and if you’re out of ideas, follow me, I’ll give you the inspiration!
