Salmon tartare is an appetizer suitable for special occasions that you can prepare in no time and with no cooking required. Perfect for an aperitif with friends or for the holiday table, this salmon is made with a few ingredients, and if you love raw fish like I do, you absolutely have to make it!
To prepare this dish, it is crucial that the salmon is deep-frozen. Fresh fish should be placed in the freezer for at least 30 hours and then thawed in the refrigerator, but if you prefer, you can buy pre-frozen salmon fillet, which can also be found at the supermarket.
