How to Prepare Stir-Fried Broccoli with Bacon

  • First, clean the broccoli: cut it into florets that are not too small, remove the outer part of the stem and cut it into pieces, then put everything in a colander and rinse under water to wash them.

Put a pot with salted water on the stove and, when it boils, add the broccoli pieces. They should cook for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat a pan without any dressing and add the diced bacon, which will release its fat as it cooks. Drain the broccoli with a slotted spoon, add them to the bacon and sauté for a couple of minutes to flavor them well.
