Swordfish with cherry tomatoes in air fryer is a great main course that’s really easy to prepare. A colorful dish with lots of cherry tomatoes and quick to make. Thanks to the air frying method, the fish stays juicy and tender inside!
Since I got the air fryer, my cooking has become much healthier, and I try making dishes that I would never have cooked before. This is obviously an example of that. Swordfish was one of those things I never made for fear of cooking it wrong and ruining it, but now I no longer have that fear!

How to Prepare Swordfish with Cherry Tomatoes in Air Fryer
Place the swordfish steaks at the bottom of a baking tray, I used a paper one for convenience. Add the chopped onion, cherry tomatoes halved or quartered, depending on size, and the olives halved. Finish with a spray of oil, a nice pinch of oregano, and salt.
Cook at 340°F for 15 minutes. Immediately place the swordfish with cherry tomatoes on plates and serve hot.
Cooking times may vary slightly depending on the model of air fryer you own, always check the cooking.
