Tiramisu pan di stelle and Nutella, a delicious and creamy dessert made without whipped cream, featuring the famous cocoa biscuits. Perfect at the end of a meal, it’s absolutely delightful and really easy to make.
Served in cups or individual glasses, this dessert will impress everyone, but you can also put it in the classic glass dish. Besides being easy to make, it is prepared in just a few minutes and assembling it is a breeze!
You can soak the biscuits with regular coffee, instant coffee, or barley coffee. A dessert without whipped cream, perfect even for kids, by simply replacing the coffee with milk.

Ingredients
- 9 oz mascarpone
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 12 cocoa biscuits
- 4 tbsps Nutella®
- coffee (1 cup)
Steps: Tiramisu pan di stelle and Nutella
Prepare the coffee and place it in a bowl.
Crush 8 biscuits and set aside the others for decoration.
Put the sugar in the bowl and grind for 10 sec./speed 10, then gather it at the bottom with a spatula.Attach the butterfly and add the egg yolks, whip for 5 min./speed 3.
Now add the mascarpone and mix: 1 min./speed 3. The cream is ready, now take the cups and prepare them simultaneously.
Put a tablespoon of biscuit crumbs at the bottom of each cup and cover with a teaspoon of coffee. Add some mascarpone cream and spread it over the crushed biscuit, pour another teaspoon of coffee and add more mascarpone cream, spreading it to cover everything.
Finish with a layer of hazelnut cream and a whole biscuit. Place the cups in the fridge until ready to serve.
