Tomato Gnocchi

Tomato gnocchi is a simple, tasty dish that is always appreciated by the whole family. Perfect for a quick lunch or a comforting dinner, it is one of the most classic and loved ways to enjoy potato gnocchi. Their deliciousness comes from the combination of simple ingredients: gnocchi and tomato sauce, enriched with basil and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

If you’re looking for an easy and genuine recipe, this is the one for you! A dish that recalls flavors of the past, perfect for those who love authentic tastes and home cooking.

Gnocchi is one of those dishes I often prepare when I’m in a hurry but need to put something substantial on the table. My son is growing and has been constantly hungry in the past few months, so with this recipe that I prepare in a flash, I solve dinner when I come home late.

It takes just 10 minutes to make the sauce while the water boils. In the meantime, I set the table, and the gnocchi are ready.
