Tuna Sauce is a delicious cream that you can put on meat slices to make veal with tuna sauce, on grilled peppers or eggplants; it goes well with almost everything. It’s a creamy and very tasty sauce, I often serve it as an appetizer with croutons and it always receives great success.
It is prepared quickly and with very few ingredients: just blend everything together and the sauce is ready. I also made the Tuna Sauce with Yogurt which is very good!
I believe that with the heat, these creams and hummus are a lifesaver on bruschetta, paired with a salad or a plate of tomatoes. I also spread some in the flatbread with grilled vegetables and it turned out great!

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3.5 oz canned tuna in oil
- 1 tsp capers
- 1 fillet anchovy in oil
- beef broth
How to Prepare Tuna Sauce
Place the egg in a small pot with cold water and turn on the heat. Count 9 minutes from boiling point, cool under running water, and peel it.
In the immersion blender cup, place the anchovy, the boiled egg, the tuna, and the capers.
Add a little broth and blend until you get a nice cream. Put the tuna sauce in a bowl and serve it with croutons.
