Vol-au-vent with salami and crescenza, a tempting appetizer good all year round and ideal for the upcoming holidays. Ready in no time thanks to pre-made vol-au-vent, you don’t even have to turn on the oven or stove.
Christmas is approaching, and in preparation for the family meal, I start looking for appetizer ideas, which are our favorite course. I’m always the one who prepares them, and I like to make plenty, so we can try different ones and satisfy everyone’s tastes, which is why I often opt for simple and quick recipes.
This cream, very quick and tasty, which I used to fill some vol-au-vent, is also perfect for filling savory panettone or savory cream puffs.
