This cream, very quick and tasty, which I used to fill some vol-au-vent, is also perfect for filling savory panettone or savory cream puffs.

How to Prepare Vol-au-vent with Salami and Crescenza

  • Put the chopped salami, arugula, and crescenza in the food processor, add a pinch of pepper and blend until smooth.

    Place the cream in the piping bag and fill all the vol-au-vent.
