Yogurt Sauce for Falafel

The yogurt sauce for falafel is delicious and refreshing, perfect to pair with these little balls, typical of Middle Eastern cuisine. Made with natural yogurt, which gives it a creamy texture and a slightly tangy flavor, it’s also suitable for tempering the spicy taste of other dishes.

I added some lemon juice and a few chopped mint leaves to enhance its flavor, but you can use your preferred herb: parsley, cilantro… What should not be missing are the yogurt and lemon juice; for the rest, you can let your imagination run wild, even adding a bit of garlic.

This sauce not only enhances the flavor of falafel but also offers a fresh and light contrast, making the dish even more delicious. It is perfect to accompany other Middle Eastern dishes or the vegetable balls, which I often cook.
