Air Fryer Roasted Peppers

Air fryer roasted peppers, an innovative cooking method in recent years, specifically since 2005 when it was patented. Tried for you this recipe, just like eggplants or chicken for example, even if you vary the ingredients the result is satisfying. The pepper season is long, available at the market from April to October. Especially in summer, we know they reach full ripeness and obtain red and yellow colors. Absolutely, the pepper is the vegetable with the highest concentration of vitamin C, it also contains many minerals and quite a bit of vitamin A. Another important thing, it also contains Capsaicin, the substance that gives the distinctive spicy flavor and also stimulates appetite, obviously in variable percentages if we talk about chili peppers or bell peppers. My name is Pina, and my passion is food and cooking in general. On the blog, I focus on regional dishes like those from my birthplace, Sicily. I also feature dishes from Lazio, the region that has hosted me for over 40 years, but in general, I cover all Italian regions. Traveling and exploring is my second passion, so I couldn't leave out dishes from around the "World" on my blog. My blog is divided into simple and essential sections like appetizers, first courses, main courses, side dishes, bread and leavened products, jams and preserves, wines and wineries, and of course, travels. Desserts are included, and finally, there is a dedicated corner for gluten-free options. Easy recipes, explained step by step and always updated.
