Steps
Trim the green beans, removing the ends and any strings. Wash them and cook them in cold water from the moment it boils for 10 minutes and without a lid, this will prevent them from turning dark and they will remain a bright green. As soon as the time is up, drain them immediately, this will also prevent the green beans from turning dark.
Wash and dry the celery stalks, do the same with the cherry tomatoes and basil.
If the green beans are cold, you can proceed with assembling the ingredients. In the glass bowl, combine the green beans with the celery and cherry tomatoes, dress with salt, EVOO, vinegar, and torn basil.
