- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/4 tsp salt

Steps
Add the salt to the chickpea flour and mix,
add the oil and
the water
stir vigorously to avoid any lumps.
Let the batter rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. After the resting time, prepare the flatbreads in a frying pan greased with extra virgin olive oil; with these quantities, 8 flatbreads are prepared.
Cook the flatbreads on both sides for a few minutes, I used an 18 cm pan
