- 1/2 cup fruit yogurt (I use lemon)
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 packet baking powder for desserts
- 4.4 oz Chocolate chips
- 1 Lemon zest
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Steps to prepare the bundt cake
Start preparing the chocolate chip bundt cake in a stand mixer by beating the eggs with the sugar, add the grated lemon zest and vanilla. Now also add the flour, oil, yogurt, and finally the baking powder to the mixer. Butter and flour a bundt pan, before pouring the mixture into it, gently fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula, being careful not to deflate the batter.
Place the bundt cake in the oven at 365°F for 40 minutes.
