Citrus-flavored mushroom cookies, these wonderful treats are easy to prepare and especially simple. Naturally, you will undoubtedly find all the ingredients in your pantry. Not long ago I made orange marmalade, and of course, I must say I didn’t use all the orange peels, and the rest I was sorry to throw away, to be honest. With a bit of time and lots of patience, I made candied orange peel, which now happily enriches my dessert. You can, if you wish, replace the peels with walnuts, hazelnuts, raisins, and any other ingredient or dried fruit you have available. The recipe is simple and doesn’t require special attention for preparation. Soon, you’ll also find the recipe to make candied orange peels on my blog.
